Daniel C. Agresta III

Chief Development Officer

Mr. Agresta, a 27-year veteran of the telecommunications industry, is the President & CEO of APC Towers and APC Telecom Services (APC). Mr. Agresta serves on the board of the Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) and is Co-Chairman for WIA’s Infrastructure Developers Forum, an association that represents the businesses that build, develop, own, and operate the nation’s wireless infrastructure. In addition, for the past 11 years Mr. Agresta has served as President of the Carolinas Wireless Association (CWA), an association comprised of members in all sectors of the wireless industry whose objective is the promotion, advancement, and education awareness of the wireless industry. Mr. Agresta has helped grow the organization’s membership from 300 to over 1800 members. The CWA also supports and raises money for local charities. His efforts have helped increase fund raising contributions to over $400,000 to charitable organizations like Victory Junction, Red Cross, First Tee, Folds of Honor, and Toys for Tots. Mr. Agresta also currently serves on the following boards: Victory Junction, South Wireless Summit, Airwavz Solutions, and NC Tech Advisory Board.


Prior to APC Towers, Mr. Agresta served as the Vice President of DAS Sales & Business Development for American Tower. Mr. Agresta was responsible for all carrier sales, partnering with integrators, real estate in-building negotiations, landlord relationships, and business development efforts for the DAS Solutions division. In addition, he managed a team that was responsible for marketing 1,200 indoor DAS venues across the nation. His team was also responsible for collocating and backfilling the 450 ODAS nodes that were either active and or in deployment. Preceding American Tower, he served as Vice President of Sales for the former SpectraSite organization, where he was responsible for the company’s nationwide collocation sales activity on 8,300 tower assets. Mr. Agresta has served as Vice President of National Accounts, responsible for the AT&T and T-Mobile accounts. He also served in various M&A, sales management and site development roles which included acquiring and developing over 3,300 towers over his tenure. Mr. Agresta graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University.

Mark Cravens is the Chief Development Officer for APC Towers.  Mark is responsible for overseeing the Site Development process and managing Business Development at APC Towers.  Mark got an early start in the wireless industry working on his first cell tower site at the age of 14 for a family owned tower construction business.  During his high school and college years Mark spent his summer months working on civil and tower crews building cell towers for the family business.  Mark performed a lot of the field labor including operating heavy equipment and climbing towers.  Mark credits his father and grandfather for giving him an opportunity at a young age to start learning the business and serving as his mentors as he pursued his own career in the Industry. 

Prior to APC Towers, Mark served in various leadership roles managing Site Development and Sales Teams with other tower companies including Capital Telecom, SpectraSite, and SBA.  Mark has a true appreciation and understanding of everything that goes into developing cell towers. 

In addition to Mark’s responsibilities at APC Towers he volunteers as the President for the St. Susanna Boosters Organization which fields 90 athletic teams across multiple sports for more than 1,000 kids.  Mark has served on the Booster Board since 2013 and during his tenure established the organization’s annual fundraiser event and helped grow athlete registration by almost twenty percent.  Mark attributes his work ethic and drive for excellence to his days of working with his family.
